Because of the scale, mock-up at Bekasi workshop is 100% complete setup before loading. Brand team approves at workshop with accurate visual.

Truck parking booking
Coord with ICE crew for loading parking slot. We have reverse-engineered truck routes to avoid BSD traffic.

Install D-3 to D-4
Install team starts D-3 (for GIIAS-IIMS scale) or D-2 (for smaller events). The same crew that built at workshop — no handoff.

Mid-install QC

GIIAS install schedule?
GIIAS allocates install from D-7 to D-1 before public opens. Dealer principals typically get D-7 (full build week), aftermarket D-3 to D-2. We stage trucks at Bekasi workshop a week earlier to avoid rushing.
Can you do smaller-scale events outside GIIAS-IIMS?
Yes. ICE hosts many smaller events: wedding expos, healthcare expos, education fairs. We adapt designs to event scale — not every booth needs to be mega.
Access from Bekasi workshop to ICE?
Our workshop is in East Bekasi. To ICE BSD via Cikampek-Cawang-Tomang-Kebun Jeruk-Tangerang toll: ~1.5 hours off-peak, 2.5 hours rush hour. Loading trucks typically depart at 3 AM to avoid morning traffic.
Have you handled Indo Defence (security clearance) events?
Yes — we've handled 2 Indo Defence events. Our crew has passed security background checks, and we're familiar with classified material display protocols (no-photo zones, exhibitor NDAs).
Multi-year contracts for recurring GIIAS booths?
