Minimum budget for exhibition booth?
Standard 3×3 booth (around 9 m²) at Magna build quality starts at IDR 25–35 million depending on material and features. Custom island booths (18–50 m²): IDR 80–300 million. We provide line-item BoQ breakdown so brand teams can evaluate.
I need a booth for GIIAS/IIMS — are you familiar with venue tech regs?
Yes. We've built at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo Kemayoran), ICE BSD, JCC Senayan. Each venue has distinct tech regs: max height, fire safety, electrical load, loading dock scheduling. We handle permit coordination with the venue officer.
Can you build for an agency / EO with our brand behind (white-label)?
Yes. Many EOs and agencies outsource fabrication to Magna. Standard NDA, we don't claim the project in our portfolio, branding stays yours. B2B pricing typically 15–20% off retail.
If our brand events are recurring, can we reuse the frame?
Yes — this is our sweet spot. First build is slightly pricier for structural integrity. From 2nd event: total cost drops 40–60%. We store frames at Bekasi; each event we refinish skin to new brief.
Minimum timeline?
Optimal: 4–6 weeks from design approval to install. Compressed: 3 weeks (overtime coord). Rush: 1–2 weeks possible for smaller booths with standard material and open workshop slots. Always WhatsApp for real-time capacity check.
Payment terms?
Standard: 50% DP upon PO, 40% upon mock-up approval, 10% post-event. For corporate with specific PO terms, we flex the payment schedule.
Can we visit the workshop before committing?
Absolutely. Schedule 1–2 days ahead so we can show you the production line and give a proper CNC area tour without disrupting daily flow.
