Minimum budget for full event contractor?

Single-day 50–200 pax with small stage + backdrop + 2 activation booths: from IDR 150 million. Mid-scale corporate 500–1000 pax: IDR 400–800 million. Multi-brand fest 2000+ pax: IDR 1 billion+. All include fabrication, install, strike, standby.

Can you work with an existing EO?

Absolutely. We often serve as the fabrication arm for EOs handling programming, talent, AV. Clear scope split in contract. We don't take EO scope, EO doesn't take ours.

Events outside Jakarta?

Yes. We've worked Bali, Surabaya, Bandung. Out-of-town adds: transport + crew lodging + extra prep time. Usually 15–25% on total budget depending on distance.

Recurring events (annual summit, quarterly launch)?

Perfect fit. We store frames and structural pieces at Bekasi. Next event: refinish skin to new theme, reuse core infrastructure. High cost efficiency from 2nd event.
