Brief project + tentukan event (GIIAS/IIMS/FHI). Kami benchmark expected scale dari competitor di event tahun lalu.

Design dengan ICE scale calibration
Design otomatis di-scale up untuk hall ICE: height minimum 4-5m untuk visibility, brand element bold, lighting yang stand-out di hall yang sangat terang.

Mock-up workshop full
Karena scale besar, mock-up di workshop Bekasi 100% setup sebelum loading. Brand team approve di workshop dengan visual yang accurate.

Truck parking booking
Coord dengan ICE crew untuk parking slot loading. Kami sudah punya truck route reverse-engineered untuk avoid macet BSD.

Install H-3 sampai H-4
Install team start H-3 (untuk GIIAS-IIMS scale) atau H-2 (untuk smaller event). Crew yang sama yang build di workshop, jadi tidak ada handoff.

Daily QC report ke brand team selama install. Issue di-flag dan resolve sebelum H-1 walkthrough.

Untuk dealer principal stand 100m² island di GIIAS: starting Rp 800 juta. Untuk aftermarket exhibitor 18-50m²: Rp 80-280 juta. Untuk shell scheme rebrand 9m² standar: Rp 35-65 juta. Range tergantung scope: car display, height, custom feature.
GIIAS biasanya install schedule gimana?
GIIAS allocate install dari H-7 sampai H-1 sebelum public open. Dealer principal biasanya dapet H-7 (full week to build), aftermarket H-3 sampai H-2. Kami stage truck di workshop Bekasi seminggu sebelumnya supaya tidak terburu.
Bisa untuk event di luar GIIAS-IIMS yang scale-nya kecil?
Bisa. Ada banyak event di ICE yang scale lebih kecil: pameran wedding, healthcare expo, education fair. Kami adapt design ke scale event — tidak harus mega-booth setiap kali.
Akses ICE dari Bekasi workshop?
Workshop kami di Bekasi Timur, ke ICE BSD via Tol Cikampek-Cawang-Tomang-Kebun Jeruk-Tangerang sekitar 1.5 jam tanpa macet, 2.5 jam jam sibuk. Truck loading kami biasa berangkat dini hari (03:00) untuk hindari macet pagi.
Pernah handle event Indo Defence (security clearance)?
Iya, kami sudah pernah handle 2 event Indo Defence. Crew kami sudah pass security background check, dan kami familiar dengan classified material display protocol (no photo zone, NDA dengan exhibitor).
Multi-year contract untuk recurring GIIAS booth?
Bisa. Beberapa dealer principal Magna kerja recurring 3-5 tahun GIIAS. Modular structure di-store di workshop, refresh skin tiap tahun. Total cost dari tahun ke-2: 50-65% dari tahun-1.
Loading dock ICE jam berapa support?
Untuk GIIAS-IIMS: 24 jam selama install period. Untuk event biasa: 06:00-22:00. Kami sudah punya kontak supervisor loading dock untuk priority slot.
