CTI FEST 2026: Main Stage + Multi-Brand Booth at One Jakarta Event

Festival event with main stage, multi-brand booths, and activation zones at one venue. From H-45 brief to live-day with end-to-end production, design, CNC, installation.

Venue: Jakarta | Scope: Main stage + multi-brand booth | Duration: 2026 | Team: internal crew + support

Challenge

CTI FEST is a large-scale festival with multiple scopes at one event: main stage for performers, multi-brand booths for sponsors and partners, plus activation zones. Target: end-to-end production from one team with tight timeline and clean inter-brand coordination.

Constraint: rush timeline, venue shared with multiple brands each with their own brand guideline, and consistent quality needed from main stage down to small booths.

Approach

We executed end-to-end from one team, not split across multiple vendors:

  1. Tebet design studio handled all 3D render and technical drawing, one design language for main stage, booth, and activation zone while respecting each sponsor's brand guideline
  2. Bekasi workshop produced all components with our own CNC, consistent finishing for acrylic (CNC Laser) and multiplex (CNC Router)
  3. Magna installation crew handled onsite, no outsourcing, no inter-vendor miscommunication

Execution

Design (early timeline)

Moodboard for main stage with festival-appropriate scale and drama. Sponsor booth design that's modular, adaptable to sponsor tier sizes. Activation zone flowing naturally from main festival traffic.

CNC Production in Bekasi

CNC Laser for all sponsor brand acrylic signage, clean edges visible at close-up. CNC Router for main stage panels and multi-layer booth structures. Parallel production for multi-brand so timeline wasn't bottlenecked.

Installation

Loading per venue slot. Main stage assembly with structural checks. Booth setup parallel with onsite brand rep coordination. Final check with brands to confirm match to brand guideline before live.

Result

End-to-end production from one team made the festival run smoothly. Sponsor brands could coordinate directly with one PIC (not multiple vendors), and visual quality from main stage to smallest booth stayed consistent.

Learning for event organizers

  • Single-team end-to-end > multi-vendor coordination for multi-scope events
  • In-house CNC = consistent quality from main stage down to small signage
  • Modular booth design for multi-brand sponsors = tier flexibility without rebuild
  • Design + production + installation under one roof = one PIC, one responsibility
