Bank DKI. Gencarkan 2025: Program Activation Across Multiple Locations

Bank activation program requiring consistent branding across multiple locations with tight timeline. End-to-end production from design, CNC, fabrication, installation.

Client: Bank DKI | Program: Gencarkan 2025 | Scope: Multi-location activation | Brand consistency: critical

Challenge

Bank DKI executed Gencarkan 2025 program, activation needing presence across multiple locations in the same period. Target: tight brand consistency at every location, quality matching bank standards (not casual event), parallel execution timelines.

Constraint: strict bank brand guideline, dispersed locations needing logistics coordination, overlapping timelines preventing sequential production.

Approach

Strategy with 3 pillars:

  1. Brand guideline adherence, design team ensured color, typography, logo placement consistent across all assets. Zero deviation.
  2. Modular production, repeatable elements designed once, produced in parallel, installable at multiple locations with specific configurations
  3. Multi-skill crew, same crew could handle various installation types without rotating teams between locations

Execution

Design phase

Tight coordination with Bank DKI brand team to confirm every element, exact Pantone color, bank-licensed fonts, logo positioning. Magna design team in Tebet handled all 3D render and technical drawing with fast approval iteration.

Parallel production at Bekasi workshop

CNC Laser for acrylic signage across all locations, parallel production so all locations were ready simultaneously. CNC Router for multiplex panels with HPL finishing. Quality control at workshop before shipping, no onsite rework.

Multi-location installation

Logistics coordination to all locations per timeline. Crew divided with lead supervisor at each location. Daily sync reports catching issues before they bottlenecked.

Result

100% brand consistency across all locations. No onsite rework because quality was already controlled at workshop. Parallel timeline delivered on-time.

Learning for corporate brands

  • Multi-location brand consistency = needs producer with own workshop (not subcontracting different vendors per location)
  • In-house CNC = quality control at workshop before ship, not fixing onsite
  • Modular production for repeatable elements = parallel capacity for overlapping timelines
  • Single contractor multi-location > multi-contractor split location for strict brands
