Frequently asked questions
Laser cutting price per piece?
Per-cm² with thickness multiplier. 3mm clear acrylic: starting IDR 800/cm². 10mm: IDR 2,500/cm². 20mm cast: IDR 6,000/cm². Minimum IDR 200,000 per project. Bulk discount from 50 identical pcs.
Can you engrave too, not just cut?
Yes. Surface engraving for logos, text, or decorative patterns. Separate per-cm² charge on engrave area. Usually cheaper than cutting since no through-cut.
Mirror acrylic — can you cut without cracking?
Yes, but mirror acrylic is more fragile than clear. We slow speed to minimize mechanical stress. Crack rate <2% in our experience. Free replacement if our operator causes the crack.
What is flame-polish edge?
An in-laser finishing process that leaves acrylic edges clear and shiny like mirror — no manual polish needed. Works on cast acrylic. Extruded usually has rougher edges.
Can you laser-cut wood or MDF?
No. We use CNC Router for wood, MDF, plywood. Our laser is acrylic-specific. Different machine, different use case, different physics.
